Forget trying to get your way and just go for the compromise from the get-go with the stand-offs you face now. Not to say you can’t win the conflicts that come your way, but it just won’t be worth the effort, as they are likely to be temporary victories only. Plus, in the scheme of things, they won’t be important. So, as they say, pick your battles carefully in order to win the war.

Forget all the worries you have now. Just cast them aside, as what will be will be and you just have to let it go. Otherwise, trying to make change happen now will only expend your energy in a negative way, as it’ll frustrate you, and nothing else. Sure, you may want to do something, but this time, doing nothing is doing something.
